In this Role, you’ll get to

Closely working with Product, Regional and Global team to implement integrated business development strategy to achieve agreed team goals and execution priorities.
Drive co-campaigns with key external partners to support client business and Trip.com’s market growth
Develop and deliver the direct-merchant deal between local banks and Trip.com.
Develop and implement integrated business strategy plans to support the Cross-border product and Credit card related project’s goal.
Develop the business opportunity that integrate B2C and B2B approaches.
Develop and maintain good internal and external partner relationships with inspiration, respect and mutual passion.
Ensure full alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
Be responsible to oversee other activities as assigned and upon business context and requirements.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Minimum 5 years of proven experience of business development and business development operation, top-tier Financial, Payments, Technology or Card business industry preferred – from Issuer & Processor side
Strong in business development planning, communication execution, marketing performance tracking.
Credit card or E-payment product marketing experience will be an advantage
Strong in analytical thinking, complex project management and budget management.
Passion for business, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence
Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities
An independent individual, yet a reliable team player
Business-level English
