We’re seeking a Senior Partnership and Affiliate Analyst to join our Global Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you'll drive data strategy across global marketing partnerships, transform performance insights into strategic actions, and play a key role in scaling our affiliate programs across regions.

You’ll collaborate closely with business development, product, and marketing teams in Shanghai and other international offices—turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that fuel user growth and campaign success.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Lead global data analytics for affiliate and partner marketing programs
Build forecasting models and real-time dashboards to monitor CAC, ROI, LTV, and new user growth
Segment users and partners by behavioral, transactional, and ROI-based metrics to inform strategy
Develop data-led campaign strategies focused on high-value users and high-LTV cohorts
Collaborate across teams to design A/B tests and experiments that unlock new opportunities
Identify inefficiencies and growth levers, recommending optimizations for channels and partners
Mentor and manage a small team of analysts to expand data capabilities and influence

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Deep Analytical Expertise: Experience translating complex data into strategic business actions across marketing, partnerships, and user behavior.
Advanced SQL & Data Tools Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and fluency with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Bonus: experience with Python, R, or BigQuery.
OTA & Marketing Funnel Knowledge: Understanding of online travel dynamics, booking funnels, and affiliate KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, repeat rate, LTV).
Strategic, Commercial Thinking: Ability to identify growth levers, address inefficiencies, and drive high-impact, data-informed decisions.
Partner & User Segmentation: Skilled in segmenting users and partners using behavioral, transactional, and ROI-based data to inform targeting and strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading or mentoring analysts; able to manage cross-functional projects across global teams and stakeholders.
Experimentation Mindset: Familiar with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven iteration to optimize performance.
Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings and proactively solves problems with a business-first mindset.
