In this Role, you’ll get to:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the designated markets
Identify and secure partnerships with key players and suppliers
Negotiate and secure competitive contracts to expand our ticket booking offerings
Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
Oversee and monitor online sales channels strategy for tickets selling and optimize campaign performance with internal stakeholders
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inhouse marketing, social media, product, offshore campaign teams) to achieve common goals
Set and achieve ambitious sales target in your market
Communicate effectively and regularly with the Trip.com HQ team in shanghai

What you'll Need to Succeed:

8+ years of experience in business development, good connection in SEA rail or travel industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships
Strong understanding of the SEA outbound and inbound tourism market and its dynamics
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities
Able to adapt to a quick-changing environment
