Introduction

As Trip.Biz Business Development Intern, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to support the sales cycle and leads generation.

Please note this is an internship role with a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months. It will require 5 working days per week during school breaks & candidates should be available for 3-4 working days per week during the academic term.

In this Role, you’ll get to

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
Utilize various channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods, to generate new business opportunities by targeting and engaging potential clients.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to re-engage with lost or inactive leads and reignite their interest in our offerings.
Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, as well as handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Assist the business development team with general administrative tasks.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Good communication skills on verbal and written in Cantonese and English
Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients
Tech-Savvy: Willing to learn new tools such as CRM Tools, LinkedIn and other sales tools (training will be provided)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
