Your Responsibilities
· Support business head to source, identify, qualify, contact, counsel, and visit strategic channels, business partners (including but not limited to TMC, Inhouse TMC, ERP/OA firms, expense settlement system, business travel agencies and etc. )
· Expand customer portfolio by capturing business travel arrangement requirements(domestic/international) of medium and large corporates, regardless of industry or nationality;
· Identify opportunities with external partners and internal function teams to formulate unique, sustainable, and profitable business models and offerings.
· Supporting the PMO work to monitor the launching new products and system functions overseas;
· Translate client/partner/supplier needs and feedback into a new product/function development plan;
· Bridge the communication between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries to cascade strategic initiatives and goals, and monitor the execution process;
· In-depth research on the specific market or business (business model, technology, competitor, product, supply chain and etc.);
· Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the business head from time to time;
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following
· Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency;
· 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, including 3 years in Japan or with Japanese companies;
· Strong presentation, communication (internal & external), proposal abilities, client-facing and relationship-building skills;
· B2B service, SaaS solution, air ticketing, hotel technology, travel management, online products, and professional service background is a plus;
· Working knowledge of financial statements and legal documents;
· Establish and build trust across business functions, levels, and departments to facilitate the achievement of shared goals;
· Embrace workplace diversity

· 20-30% travel, domestic and overseas
