In this Role, you’ll get to

-Responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing of accommodation inventory
-Initiate the contracting process with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellent relationships with supplier vendors
-Monitor, maintain, and optimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness
-Familiar with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge and process
-Advise suppliers on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
-Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis 
-Other assigned tasks and projects etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed

-Fluent in English, a plus if Chinese speaking.
-Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred
-A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business
-A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels
-Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability
-Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required
-Available for business trips/partner visits around 30% of the time
