Property Acquisition & Onboarding

-Identify and target potential hotel partners, with a focus on independent hotels and local chains in assigned regions.
-Drive the end-to-end acquisition process: present Trip.com Group ’s value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and secure contract closures.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties onto the platform.
-Guarantee high-quality content, competitive pricing, and reliable system connectivity throughout the listing process.

Account Management

-Manage and grow Trip.com’s business within assigned markets.
-Provide strategic consultation to partners on both short- and long-term revenue growth through rate parity, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
-Strengthen relationships with partners to position Trip.com as their preferred OTA platform.
-Analyze data, markets, and industry trends to identify challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

-Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account acquisition, or account management (experience in OTAs, hotel revenue management, or e-commerce preferred).
-Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in international markets.
-Strong written and spoken English and Thai skills.
-Excellent logical thinking and data analysis abilities.
-Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
-Flexible with business travel and varied work assignments.
-Adaptable and resilient in a fast-changing business environment.
