The Role

We are looking for a pro-active team player with a passion for travel and great organizational skills, to join our team in Istanbul, providing support to our hotel partners and the hotel supply network.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within Turkish markets, by introducing prospective high potential partners to Trip.com proposition and facilitating the onboarding process
Promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to hotels
Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible hotels
Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
Responsible for the assigned market, and conduct the data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
Other assigned tasks and projects etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Fluent in English and Turkish
2+ years of experience in account management, business development, partner success, or a similar role within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers and Revenue Directors.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and partner performance.
Passion for travel and technology, with a strong understanding of the online travel ecosystem.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Dynamic, positive, and a good team player
Legally authorized to work in Turkey
