The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute individual to join our Flights team from our new Istanbul office as an Airline Business Development Manager.

In this Role, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and growing Local, Regional and Global airline relationships and passenger travel to and from Türkiye.
Working with internal departments, you will use local market knowledge and experience to influence our market strategy for flights.
As well as responsibility for contracting and negotiating airline content and commercials and performance, you will play a vital role in developing the Trip.com business.
Flexibility to travel will be needed as this role will require you to work locally in the market and with wider teams on a regional and global basis.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

4-5 years of Travel Industry experience from airline/travel agency, distribution and/or sales and marketing.
Knowledgeable of a wide variety of content and markets served from Türkiye
Ability to analyse internal and external data to guide commercial decision-making
Experience working with internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners
Outstanding negotiation skills
Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Willing and able to travel
