・自社メディアの分析、改善についてのディレクション業務

1.SEOキーワードの設計
2.SEO視点でのコンテンツ制作、進行管理

3.各種ツールを用いた効果検証、分析、リライトする

・Trip.com JPサイトのSEO施策・戦略の企画立案と実施
1.内部対策＆テクニカル対策

2.ユーザービリティ（LPO、CTA、CVRの向上）

3.被リンク獲得などの外部施策

・SEOプロジェクトの企画立案と実施

1.日本市場や競合を分析

2.Trip.comに相応しい企画の立案と実行

3.各種ツールを用いた効果検証、分析、改善

必須要件

・SEOに関する仕事経験が2年以上

・GSC、GAに精通している

・日本市場と文化についての深い理解

・中国語または英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力

・独立して作業を進行できる能力、SEOコンテンツ運営経験

・大規模ウェブサイトプロジェクトでの経験、情報収集から要約、分析、プログラム出力までの一連のスキル、データ分析と要約能力、データに基づくSEOプログラムの最適化スキル
