1. Office Management:

• Oversee the maintenance of office facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Manage cleaning services to maintain a clean and organized office space.
• Coordinate the provision and management of office snacks and beverages.

2. Employee Communication:

• Assist the General Manager in facilitating effective communication with employees.
• Support the resolution of employee issues and foster a positive work environment.

3. Procurement Support:

• Assist in the procurement of non-business-related office supplies, such as merchandise and event venues.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective purchasing.

4. IT Support and Inventory Management:

• Provide basic IT support to resolve everyday technical issues.
• Manage IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and in good working condition.

5. Company Event Support:

• Plan and organize company events, such as team-building activities and townhalls, corporate events &meetings.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue, equipment, and participant arrangements.

6. Financial Support:

• Perform simple financial tasks, such as expense tracking and budget management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of HR and financial processes.
