Job Responsibilities:

(1) Lead market development and resource monetization for overseas travel destinations within the assigned region. Communicate with tourism boards and relevant government bodies to secure marketing budgets for destination promotion. Tailor proposals based on client needs, and follow through with project performance tracking and final reporting.

(2) Develop and expand business opportunities related to destination-specific market initiatives. Provide clients with actionable recommendations for tourism product optimization, destination branding, public relations, and marketing strategy.

(3) Conduct market research and analysis, monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate closely with the data team to produce regular market forecasts and intelligence reports that support both business development and client decision-making.

(4) Represent the company at events hosted by embassies or governmental organizations related to overseas destinations. Participate in international tourism forums and promote destination resources, enhancing brand awareness and visibility among global clients to boost resource sales.

(5) Achieve the performance targets set by the department and contribute to initiatives such as destination branding and innovative business collaboration.

(6) Compile internal reports, track market updates and industry trends. Assist in drafting tourism industry analysis reports, marketing strategies, and promotional content to support project managers.

Qualifications:

(1) Bachelor’s degree or above. Business-level Japanese proficiency is required. JLPT N1 or equivalent; fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.

(2) 3–4 years of relevant experience in internet companies, advertising agencies, or the travel industry is preferred.

(3) Strong planning and proposal skills. Familiarity with media operations or internal internet business models is ideal; advertising sales experience is a plus.

(4) Strong business acumen and market awareness. Ability to independently analyze and resolve problems. Skilled in resource integration and project execution.

(5) Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.

(6) Adaptable, highly responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
