In this Role, you’ll get to:

Ensure the stable operation of the company’s internal IT systems and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (PCs, networks, telephony, printers, etc.).
Maintain and support internal client application systems.
Distribute, install, and troubleshoot client batch software.
Provide timely responses to user requests and IT service tickets.
Manage site cabling and coordinate with external suppliers when needed.
Oversee setup, maintenance, and control of IT security systems, server rooms, environmental monitoring, and related infrastructure.
Support both local (Seoul) and remote users.
Collaborate with internal departments, gather and follow up on user feedback, and contribute to improving the department’s NPS score.
Lead IT-related projects, demonstrate management capability, and assist in ad-hoc initiatives.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience managing IT assets and maintaining inventory.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of IT support experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting (Windows, Mac, and mobile systems).
Basic networking knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus.
Familiarity with IT security systems, server room management, and environmental monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
Experience with Active Directory configuration, ITSM systems, and IT service processes.
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous project or team leadership experience; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
Experience managing external vendors and suppliers.
Bilingual capability in English and Korean; Mandarin is an advantage.
Previous experience studying or working in an international environment is preferred.
