The Client Success Manager works within the ecosystem of Trip.Biz to build rapport between the Client’s stakeholders with Trip.Biz through the process of managing the client’s experience with Trip.Biz products and services. Given the focus to ensure the clients are optimizing the Trip.Biz products and services to receive the highest return. Client Success Manager needs to know the ins and outs of a product or service to properly educate customers and communicate effectively in a logical manner. Through the process of onboarding and communicating with clients, gathering and delivering information between different teams as well as tracking and optimizing customer metrics.
· Create a compelling vision and strategy that translates into tangible goals & objectives.
· Set clear success metrics for executing against strategy and is accountable for results.
· Responsible for maintaining a positive and long-term relationship with all business partners and clients.
· Analyze, manage, and improve customer profitability and maximize revenues.
· Navigate internally and externally to leverage the network to drive results.
· Identify and react to customer’s improvement areas and creatively apply solutions to improve.
· Influences & educates customers by clearly articulating the benefits of Trip.Biz Services, especially the online adoption rate improvement.
· Negotiate new services and solutions to effectively benefit customer needs, and solutions and expand portfolio value.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
· With considerable experience in the Client Management field.
· Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently.
· Experience in Corporate travel agencies or travel-related fields is an advantage.
· For Applicants with more experience are eligible to apply Senior Client Success Manager.

· Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop recommendations and action plans.
· Experience managing and building relationships with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and sales skills.
· Excellent client relationship and servicing skills.
