Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the sales team in expanding our customer base in the Japanese market.
· Outreach and Engagement:
Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients. Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for further engagement by the sales team.
· Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure seamless handover of leads to sales representatives.
· Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services. Gather and report feedback from prospects and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
· CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
· Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
