In this Role, you’ll get to

Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to facilitate smooth business operations.
Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient work environment.
Draft and distribute office update notifications.
Manage administrative expenses and reimbursements, maintaining accurate financial records.
Provide daily administrative services, including access card management and mail handling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a tidy and safe office environment.
Support local events and execute various administrative tasks.
Handle reception duties, ensuring office security through visitor management.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
