Introduction

ITrip.com is looking for a PR Manager to drive brand storytelling and media engagement across the Middle East. This newly created role offers the chance to shape PR strategy in one of Trip.com’s fastest-growing regions. You’ll work closely with the regional PR team and business units to deliver high-impact campaigns, trade events, and strategic media initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the GCC and wider Middle East.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with global frameworks and business priorities, shaping Trip.com’s local narrative in the Middle East.
Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure high-impact coverage across leading regional publications, broadcast outlets, and digital platforms.
Oversee local PR campaigns, including content creation, media briefings, interviews, and press releases, ensuring effective outreach to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Support regional PR campaigns, industry partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives, positioning Trip.com as a trusted voice in the travel industry.
Assist spokespersons at trade events and industry conferences across the Middle East, ensuring a strong presence and providing market insights.
Ensure consistent messaging and media engagement across Middle Eastern markets while aligning with global communications.
Identify and mitigate PR risks, ensuring brand protection and supporting crisis communications when necessary.
Review public-facing content to manage reputational risks and ensure cultural sensitivity across diverse audiences.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

6–8 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Journalism, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
Proven track record of executing high-impact PR campaigns and securing top-tier media coverage in the GCC and wider Middle East.
Established media network in the Middle East with strong industry relationships.
Experience managing PR across multiple Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
Arabic speaker with professional-level English; additional regional languages (e.g., Farsi, Urdu, Hindi) are a bonus.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
Strategic thinker with expertise in brand positioning and media engagement.
Familiarity with international media and on-the-ground PR experience in the Middle East (agency or in-house preferred).
Experience in social media marketing and digital PR is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally across the region as needed.
