Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional with strong networks and proven success in securing large scale international touring productions and/or top-tier global sports properties. You will play a key role in driving market expansion by leveraging your global connections to introduce major cultural and sports projects. You will lead partnership development, negotiate strategic deals, and bring high-impact projects to life in Hong Kong.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Develop and execute Hong Kong market expansion strategies focused on securing large-scale international entertainment and sports projects.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue high value partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global promoters, leading talent agencies, sports leagues, and rights holders.
Lead full cycle commercial negotiations across various partnership structures to secure optimal business terms.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, contracting, cross functional coordination, execution, and risk assessment to ensure successful launch.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in international business development, project acquisition, or commercial partnerships within entertainment, sports, or related sectors.
Proven track record of contributing to or leading at least three large scale international projects successfully delivered in Hong Kong.
Established resources in at least one area: global promoters, international talent agencies, major sports leagues/rights holders, esports organizations, or regional ticketing platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Cantonese, English and Chinese, with the ability to engage senior global stakeholders professionally.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to perform in a fast paced environment with frequent international travel.
