We're currently looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team and help grow our presence in the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region. If you’re excited about the travel industry, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth, we’d love to hear from you.
Acquire new attractions and activities suppliers, and manage existing supplier accounts across the MEA region. Proactively identify high-potential prospects and grow revenue within the current portfolio.
Educate suppliers on the Trip.com platform’s unique features and match them with the right product solutions to maximize revenue.
Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring attraction content, rates, availability, and products deliver the best value to Trip.com customers.
Keep suppliers informed of ongoing campaigns and secure strong promotional coverage across your portfolio.
Explore on-site destination promotions and local distribution opportunities in the market.
Conduct regional market research and analysis, covering competitors, pricing, suppliers, and products, to inform strategy.
Provide actionable market insights to support product localization and global sales direction.
Complete additional tasks as required by business needs.
Fluent in English.
Possess a valid work permit/visa for the UAE.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in OTA tours & tickets, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce.
An existing network with Tourism Boards, airlines, affiliate partners, and/or travel influencers is preferred.
Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and a fast learner.
Dynamic, positive, adept at stress management, and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel as required.
Demonstrated a strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Act with integrity and high ethical standards.
