In this Role, you’ll get to:

Manage and optimize available resources on Trip.com to drive traffic and revenue growth.
Assist in localizing content to ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions in the local language.
Collaborate with both local and overseas marketing teams to plan and implement marketing promotions on Trip.com.
Collaborate with internal business development teams to identify potential products for your market.
Access and identify external partnership opportunities to drive more users to purchase tours and tickets via Trip.com.
Analyze and track internal and external data to discover and communicate actionable insights.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
Language proficiency in Korean and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Self-starter with a track record of delivering results.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally from the e-commerce or travel industry.
Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Good understanding of digital marketing and tourism platforms.
