*This is a 6-month internship

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Support employee onboarding processes and assist in organizing training and development initiatives
Provide assistance to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, and benefits, ensuring timely resolution of any issues
Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) to support decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs
Coordinate and manage HR-related events and engagement activities (e.g., Family Day, Annual Party) to enhance employee experience
Conduct periodic HR audits and prepare reports as required

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization
High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong team player with a results-driven and proactive approach
