In this Role, you’ll get to:

Support day-to-day flight business operations, including data tracking, coordination, and administrative execution
Assist in maintaining files, records, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and organization
Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentations, reports, and internal communication materials
Take notes during meetings and support follow-ups, action tracking, and document distribution
Support market research and basic industry analysis to identify trends, pricing gaps, and opportunities
Assist in monitoring competitor pricing, promotions, and market dynamics, and summarize key findings
Support execution of flight campaigns and assist in tracking performance and reporting results
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data consistency and usability
Provide coordination support for airline-related initiatives, including meeting preparation and logistics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to support ongoing projects and initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc research, analysis, and general business support tasks
Participate in company activities, meetings, or networking events as needed to gain exposure to the business

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and structured working style
Ability to summarize information clearly and support basic data analysis
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
Able to work independently while also supporting team collaboration
Strong interest in OTA, airline, or travel industry dynamics
