In this Role, you’ll get to

Proactively follow up with potential suppliers to expedite contract signing and onboarding.
Draft approval emails, prepare contracts, and track internal review processes to resolve bottlenecks.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documents (e.g., bulk purchase policies, product details).
Ensure direct-signed suppliers submit product sheets and complete pre-upload reviews.
Assist the BD team in submitting promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with platform requirements for successful execution.
Address operational issues reported by customer service and collaborate with suppliers to coordinate effective solutions.
Monitor competitor pricing and other KPIs to identify and mitigate competitive gaps.
Track Meta ranking metrics and implement corrective actions for underperforming listings.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in tourism, e-commerce, or contract management preferred
