About TripLink

TripLink(www.triplinkintl.com), which was founded in 2019, is the fintech arm of Trip.com Group. TripLink has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. TripLink was awarded the Highest Market Share Commercial Card Issuer Award out of HK since 2022 by the card scheme.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Triplink's international presence.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with global industry partners to achieve business objectives.
Manage marketing collaborations related to Mox Bank and coordinate with shareholders like Standard Chartered Bank and HKT.
Assist leadership in developing new business projects and initiatives, tracking market feedback, and gathering market intelligence.
Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to optimize product features and enhance customer experience.
Participate in project communication, contract negotiation, and oversee project development and implementation.
Conduct industry research, perform product benchmarking, and utilize data analysis tools to identify areas for product optimization and provide actionable recommendations.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Over 5 years of work experience, preferably within the finance industry or related sectors.
Prior experience in advisory or audit functions within Big Four firms is preferred.
Strong abilities in proactive learning, communication and coordination, and project advancement, with determination and passion for work.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Proficient in data organization and analysis skills
Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
