The Information We Collect

Job Description
As the Customer Advisor, you will
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or e-mail
- Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience
- Work as part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and Team Lead, as required
- Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally
- Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
- 인바운드(전화/채팅/이메일 등)를 통해 항공권 예약 및 결제 변경과 관련 제반 고객문의에 대한 상담 진행
- 고객 상담 관련 업무상 모든 부분에 대한 개선과 발전을 제안
Skills & Experience
- Good verbal and written Korean (Mono-lingual) and English communication(bi-lingual) communication skills
- Has a passion for helping and supporting others and gains a sense of fulfillment from saving someone’s day.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented

- Shifting schedule, working 5 days in a week (Mon to Sun)
Contract Type
- Fixed-term contract (1 year)
- Probation 3months
- The contract can be transferred to permanent, extended or terminated according to working performance.
Work Time
- Working 5 days a week (8 hours work in day)
- Mon - Sun shift schedule work
