In this Role, you’ll get to

Lead Generation & Onboarding

Identify potential small agents from both external sources and internal resources.
Initiate first contacts and organize online calls with potential agents.
Successfully onboard new agents into the affiliate program.

Agency Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
Monitor agency performance regularly and provide necessary guidance.
Prepare and present periodic management reports.
Address and follow up on sales drops effectively.

Affiliate Platform Development

Collaborate with the PA team to localize the affiliate handbook and platform.
Create an affiliate handbook in Bahasa Indonesia.
Evaluate and enhance the user-friendliness of the current affiliate platform.
Develop and implement improvement plans to support agents better.

Training & Workshops

Conduct offline workshops with agents when necessary to improve their engagement and performance.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B with OTA background. Work experience as Business Development / Account Management is also highly desired.
Deep knowledge and relationship in Indonesia B2B travel industgry
Target oriented and data-driven
Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environments.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapting to fast-paced environments and the rapid changes in business conditions
