In this Role, you’ll get to

Manage and utilize available resources on Trip.com to achieve traffic and revenue growth.
Assist in content localization to ensure product descriptions and channel advertising copy are clear, accurate, and appealing in the local language.
Collaborate with both local and overseas marketing teams to plan and implement marketing promotions on Trip.com, covering domestic, outbound, and inbound travel.
Collaborate with internal business development teams to identify potential products for domestic, outbound, and inbound travel within your market.
Plan and monitor the performance of advertising campaigns both on-site and off-site (including social media, search engines, partner channels, etc.).
Identify and assess marketing channels and external partnership opportunities to drive more users to purchase tours and tickets via Trip.com.
Develop proposals for business development negotiations, and oversee the execution, monitoring, and post-campaign review of commercial projects.
Analyze and track internal and external data to discover and communicate actionable insights.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
Language proficiency in English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally from the e-commerce or travel industry.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior differences across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Excellent multitasking and priority management skills.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Good understanding of digital marketing and tourism platforms.
