Desired Candidate Profile
· Someone who can work diligently and responsibly without making mistakes.
· A hardworking, honest person who can learn proactively.
· Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.) are required; experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
· More than 2 years of experience in an auditing firm, or holding at least a bookkeeping level 3 qualification, or a Chinese junior accounting qualification.
· Business level proficiency in Chinese and fluent Japanese.
Job Description
· Accounting and Administrative Assistant
o Operation and management of accounting systems
o Data processing and aggregation using Excel
· General Affairs and Administrative Assistant
o Management of supplies and documents
o Support for event arrangements
· General Office and Administrative Assistant
o Preparation of various documents
o Filing
o Data entry and management
o Handling phone calls and visitors, etc.
The main focus will be on supporting accounting, general affairs, and general office tasks.
