In this Role, you’ll get to

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Hong Kong market, identifying growth and expansion opportunities.
Monitor and report on the overall performance of the Hong Kong market, highlighting areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in Hong Kong operations.
Analyze campaign and product performance using data analysis and BI skills, optimizing campaigns and projects to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring each function performs at its best to collectively boost the growth of the Hong Kong market.
Collaborate closely with headquarters and other local teams to ensure the operations align with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Over 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with knowledge of the local travel industry being a plus.
Preferably experienced in fast-paced, startup, or scale-up environments.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong's digital marketing regulations and standards.
Exceptional attention to detail, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with familiarity in analytics tools. Ability to identify key issues or growth opportunities based on data.
Proven track record in managing and leading teams, delivering projects on time
Willingness to travel moderately.
