Introduction

The Senior Admin Supervisor oversees office operations, facilities, and vendor management while ensuring 24/7 administrative support for shift-based teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, people-oriented, and highly organized, with experience in vendor coordination, facilities management, and shift operations.

In this Role, you’ll get to

Manage daily office operations, ensuring maintenance, security, and workplace safety.
Supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
Support 24/7 shift-based teams, including customer service departments, ensuring uninterrupted facility operations.
Optimize administrative processes, develop SOPs, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance and other key leaders to improve workplace efficiency.

What you'll Need to Succeed

7+ years of experience in office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Proven experience managing 24/7 shift operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in office expansion or relocation is a plus.
