Introduction

Founded in 2018, TripLink is a fully owned subsidiary of Trip.com Group. TripLink has set up global branches around the world including HK, Shanghai, Singapore, and London to provide global payment services with local support. TripLink is following its mission of “Technology Empowers Finance” to create a global, secure, high-performance payment network. TripLink connects to local settlement systems to meet the international payment demands of cross-border e-commerce companies, standard trading companies, and international air travel companies.

In this Role, you’ll get to

Responsible for researching and application on new payment licenses in specified jurisdiction(s), working with internal and external team to formulate the license application procedures in accordance with the company's business roadmap.
Formulate and review the prudence of compliance-related policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and align with internal business standards.
Investigation and reporting of suspicious transactions in accordance with AML policies and standards.
Responsible for conducting the license renewal as well as an annual compliance review of business activities carried out by the company; identify, check and report on compliance risks of daily operations of the company.
Responsible for fulfilling compliance requirements from other partners (e.g. financial institutions).
Responsible for conducting internal training on compliance and anti-money laundering.
Work with risk, business and other internal departments to provide professional advices, control and monitoring services to the company.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Possess solid compliance expertise as well as rich compliance working experience.
University degree or above, at least 8 years' solid experience in compliance, candidates who were at manager level in AML or department of Big 4 are highly preferred.
Possess both compliance and business awareness. Have the ability to discover problems as well as providing solutions.
Possess good knowledge of finance and payment industry; good knowledge in AML, KYC, risk management.
Possess a good network of human resources in compliance field.
Logic thinking, strong communication ability, responsible, able to work under pressure and fulfill the target.
