What You’ll Do

• Enhance User Experience: Build and optimize the JP user experience for one of the largest online travel platforms by identifying pain points and implementing innovative solutions.
• Understand Customers: Regularly interact with users to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements that anticipate customer needs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams, Trip HQ, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless and high-impact product offerings.
• Drive Strategy: Lead efforts to streamline booking flows, enhance conversion rates, and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Leverage Data & Insights: Use advanced analytics, user research, and market trends to guide product decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.
• Champion Localization: Ensure products resonate with regional markets by integrating local user preferences and behaviors into the design process.

• Proven Expertise: A proven track record of building high-quality products at scale. With 3+ years in product management or product operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
• B2C Focus: Expertise in optimizing conversion flows and customer journeys for consumer-facing products
• User-Centric Mindset: Proficiency in user research methods, discovery processes and data analysis with a commitment to addressing customer pain points effectively 
• Passion for UX: A strong advocate for intuitive and delightful user experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Project Management: Adept at managing complex product launches and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
