The main responsibilities include:

• Managing commission settlements for various Japan partners and affiliate networks.
• Addressing issues related to incorrect rebates for rebate publishers.
• Creating coupons and extending their validity periods.
• Handling daily IQ tasks and performing QA setup.
• Issuing Trip Coins and creating landing pages.
• Assisting DSP partners by providing required data and creating Adjust links for campaign delivery.
• Organizing meeting documentation.

Skills: 

• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably with experience in OTA or digital marketing agencies, or a proven track record in operational roles.
• Strong interest in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Japanese, and fluent in either English or Chinese.
• Overseas work experience, or experience collaborating with foreigners in an English-speaking environment; understands and is open to diverse cultures.
• Results-oriented and skilled at building relationships.
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
• Creative, persistent, outgoing, and eager to learn.
• Proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
