【Key Responsibilities】
①Understand the Japanese railway industry, conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities and partner performance to identify strategic opportunities and formulate long-term, healthy supply chain strategies in the target market.
②Act as a communication bridge between the Japanese business development team, Shanghai headquarters team and other business lines at Japanese sites, understand the demands of all parties, and ensure the transmission efficiency and execution results of information and strategies.
③Based on the understanding of the local market, assist the headquarters operation team in carrying out activities such as indicator construction, competitor research, and horizontal collaboration, and ensure the implementation and execution of strategies.
④Assist in the development of local business operations, and on the premise of execution efficiency based on headquarters strategies, support local business in process management, process efficiency improvement and other operational work related to supply chain quality improvement.
【Qualifications】
①At least 3 years of experience in operations or business, preferably in OTA, tourism, transportation or e-commerce industries.
②Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and data analysis capabilities.
③Strong execution and self-motivation.
④Ability to abstract common problems from complex business scenarios and provide systematic solutions.
⑤Base in Tokyo
