Introduction

We are looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain insights into HR practices in a dynamic, global organization.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities such as festive celebrations, teambuilding events, ESG initiatives, wellness programs etc.
• Contribute innovative and creative ideas to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support communication efforts by creating engaging content for both internal channels and external social media platforms.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
• Participate in Learning & Development activities, including training coordination.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Self-motivated with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
