In this Role, you’ll get to

1. Official Social Media Management
- Manage Trip.com’s official Instagram account (Trip Moments) with daily updates.
- Create and share high-quality content that reflects community spirit and strengthens Trip.com’s image as the “go-to platform for creators.”
2. Creators Discovery
- Identify and research travel, photography, lifestyle, and food creators (KOC/KOL) across key Hong Kong social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
3. Creators Outreach & Onboarding
- Reach out to selected creators via Direct Message and email to introduce Trip.com’s platform benefits.
- Successfully invite and onboard creators to join Trip.com and begin publishing content.
4. Community Support & Activation
- Assist newly onboarded creators with account setup and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth activation and early engagement.
5. Content Quality Assurance
- Monitor content quality across Trip.com’s creator ecosystem to ensure all posts align with platform guidelines and brand standards

What you'll Need to Succeed

Enrolled in a marketing, tourism, design, communications, or journalism Bachelor’s degree program
Fluent in Cantonese; proficiency in English or Mandarin as a working language.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - able to identify trends and solve problems using data.
Excellent cross-team collaboration and project management abilities, with a results-driven and proactive approach.
Familiar with creator ecosystems on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram; prior relevant experience is a plus.
