Introduction

Trip.Biz is a leading provider of travel management solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative technology to enhance business travel experiences. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Operation Specialist to join our Greater China team.

In this Role, you’ll get to

Account Management for SMEs: Manage full sales cycle for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Understand/leverage the client success framework and best practice engagement model for managing a successful partnership.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development Team and Customer Support to ensure seamless client experiences.
Operation: Participate in strategy development to review and enhance business efficiency.
Special Projects: Handle special projects assigned related to business development and client success management, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

What you'll Need to Succeed

2+ years of experience in customer operations or customer success, preferably in B2B, travel-related, or online platform environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple SME customer requests in parallel, prioritize by urgency and impact, and meet response/resolution targets.
Continuous improvement mindset, comfortable challenging existing processes and suggesting ways to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; other languages are a plus.
