Description & Requirements
Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Virtual Commercial Cards within the region.
Oversee the full sales cycle, including market planning, opportunity identification, market development, sales execution, and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service, product performance, and user experience.
Gather and integrate customer feedback to continuously enhance product and service offerings.
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with customers.
Stay updated on the latest product knowledge, operational requirements, and compliance regulations.
Work independently as a contributor, managing all sales-related activities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Virtual Commercial Card-related role within the B2B or B2B2C sector.
Experience in travel management or e-commerce industries is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow a career in Fintech, particularly in sales and business development.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Excellent logical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills.
Solid compliance awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Willingness to travel regionally once cross-border travel restrictions are lifted.
