In this Role, you’ll get to

Expand partnerships with organizers, entertainment companies, agencies, and ticketing platforms.
Integrate event projects with travel products to maximize resource synergy.
Lead co-marketing initiatives for concerts and music festivals, including negotiation of partnership resources, planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive both revenue growth and brand reputation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with event partners, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and quality of collaborative projects.
Act as the project PMO, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product departments.

What you'll Need to Succeed

5+ years of relevant experience, with a background in business development and marketing for concerts or music festivals.
Hands-on experience in the ticketing platform or entertainment industry with strong industry networks.
Ability to quickly identify and secure relevant resources. International entertainment industry connections are a plus。
Priority given to candidates with Korean entertainment industry resources.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing external business communications and internal team collaboration to ensure seamless event execution.
Strong market insight with solid skills in creating effective PowerPoint presentations and business reporting.
Fluent English communication and writing skills are required.
