Introduction

Trip.com Group enables local partners and travelers around the world to make informed and cost-effective bookings for travel products and services through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers.

In this Role, you’ll get to

Handle clients' travel booking inquiries via email and phone
Handle the VIP's inquiry with a good service attitude.
Maintain sound relations with clients' travel managers and travelers
Propose optimum travel plans and suggestions to clients (balancing the cost, time, and convenience)
Handle booking/change/cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental, car, railway, etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course
Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
Business proficiency (oral and written) in English
Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
Must have the VIP serving experiences (Call Centre)
Must be able to work onsite in Taguig City
