In this Role, you’ll get to:·

Responsible for maintaining deep cooperative relationships with key partners in the Asia region (local luxury travel supplier, global hotel chain brands, property groups, KOLs, and merchants) to promote Trip.com Group’s brand awareness, global platform business strategy, and product advantages.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers in the Asia region to ensure long-term and stable cooperation with high-quality influencers.
Expand and manage overseas KOL resources, including contract signing, content creation, review, and publishing on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
Possess key account management capabilities (including performance tracking, production optimization, workshop organization, and issue resolution). Analyze the organizational structure and personnel of potential clients, and establish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts. Able to lead clients and drive mutually agreed performance objectives, annual targets, and milestones.
Responsible for the annual marketing planning and implementation for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with company marketing campaigns and trends to create series of activities and projects tailored to merchant needs, ensuring long-term and stable operations on the Trip.com platform.
Have a strong sense of internet trends, understand the operational mechanisms of various overseas social media platforms, identify and leverage social media trends, and proactively plan trending topic dissemination.
Performance tracking: Consistently record and track marketing data, identify issues from data analysis, and propose solutions.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Must have over 3 years of local work experience and be proficient in English and Chinese as working languages.
Possess resources in luxury travel supplier/high-star hotel brands/property groups. Experience in key account management/project marketing is preferred. Familiar with OTA marketing strategies, have a deep understanding of the tourism industry and channel distribution, and experience in key account merchant operations is a plus.
Familiar with overseas promotion channels and cooperation methods. Excellent negotiation skills and existing influencer/KOL resources are preferred.
Possess consultative marketing capabilities, able to provide actionable solutions tailored to client needs.
Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, communication, and summarization skills. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to adapt to work pressure, proactive in learning, willing to face challenges, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
