【職務内容】

Trip.comコンテンツプラットフォームの日本地域におけるUGC運営を担当し、ローカル視点で運用戦略を策定・実行します。日本現地のKOL／KOCの誘致と継続的なコンテンツ制作を推進し、持続可能なクリエイター運営体系を構築することで、クリエイターの新規獲得と定着を高め、プラットフォームのコンテンツエコシステムの発展に貢献します。
制度化・大規模化された運用手法の設計により、プラットフォーム外からクリエイターを誘致し、プラットフォーム内でターゲットクリエイターへの転換を実現します。
クリエイター向けの精神的・物質的インセンティブ及び特典体系を構築し、十分なポジティブフィードバックを提供することで、高品質なコンテンツ供給の成長を促進します。
社内外のリソースを連携し、中・大規模なクリエイター運営イベントの企画・実施を担います。

【職務要件】

インターネット業界で2年以上のコンテンツ運営またはイベント運営の実務経験。
日本語が堪能であり、英語または中国語を業務言語として使用できる方。
高いデータ分析力を持ち、課題の発見と解決策の策定ができる方。
部門横断型の協力及びプロジェクト管理能力に優れ、目標達成志向で推進力のある方。
YouTube、TikTok、Instagramなど、海外コンテンツプラットフォームのクリエイターエコシステムに精通している方、関連経験があれば尚可。
