*This is an 11-month contract position.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Manage daily operations of Korea's key social media channels - KakaoTalk, Naver, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok - and build out a localized brand presence across matrix accounts
Own the UV traffic targets for Korea's key accounts, working to grow brand visibility, viral content output, follower base, engagement, and qualified traffic
Keep a close eye on conversion rates, unique visits, and other core metrics
Monitor platform algorithm shifts and competitor moves, review performance regularly, and refine both content and traffic strategies to steadily improve results
Tap into local culture and platform trends, using AI tools throughout the content workflow to improve efficiency
Plan and execute online campaigns independently, producing localized viral scripts, visuals, and short-form video content designed to perform
Dig into what users need, and drive traffic back to the official site, turning casual engagement into meaningful visits and conversions
Work closely with design, marketing, flights & hotels, and other internal teams to support brand campaigns, new product rollouts, and marketing initiatives
Share ownership of traffic growth and campaign KPIs
Keep up with what's trending in Korea, along with industry developments and platform policy changes, to avoid operational blind spots
Actively test new AI-powered workflows and explore untapped traffic channels to sharpen efficiency and acquisition
Build and manage relationships with local KOLs, execute influencer partnerships and amplify brand reach to fuel site traffic growth

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree or above
Comfortable communicating in English day-to-day; Chinese is the primary working language
1+ year of hands-on experience in social media operations of traffic acquisition
Prior experience driving UV traffic through Korean social platforms is a strong plus
Strong understanding of Korea's social media landscape
Comfortable using AI tools across copywriting, asset creation, video production, and data analysis, with a genuine interest in using AI to improve
Strong execution, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to collaborate well across teams under pressure
Good grasp of Korean culture and consumer behavior
Genuinely passionate about social media and cross-border traffic growth
Proactive about learning platform rules and sharpening operational skills
Experience with KOL partnerships, paid media, or site optimization is a bonus
